Blog Header Pictures

I consider it a problem, that I can’t give descriptions to my blog header pictures. So you are left without any explanation where they where taken, and what background story they might hide. Since I managed to gather quite a few of those pictures, so I decided to give them their own image gallery, where I could add manual descriptions. I also added the possibility to register at the image gallery and to write comments to my images today. I would be very happy to receive a little feedback to the header pictures. So feel free to register and comment!

*WOW!! I must say that u've done a splendid job on your blog in such a short time. :-) Good work (pats on back). Keep it up!! ;-)

*Apart from setting up an image gallery, can u not also write some small text on the corner of your picture? (seen some sites do this and it's quite effective) U can also link the text to the gallery for a more detailed description.

*That's quite a good issue.. initially I wanted to do this. But editing the header requires FTP-Access, and since Siemens Network blocks everything beyond port 80 that's net that easy.. but i might still find a suitable solution (probably just enough time to reprogram serendipity a little.) Goal for October might be to have a rotating header picture with description..
We will see. Thx for your suggestion :-)

    *"rotating header picture with description"

    Sounds even better ;-) Cheers!

*I have a rotating header image. Everytime I refresh, it will randomly pick one of 3 (or 4 I cannot remember) images.

To date I've only drawn a few. Too lazy to draw more.

*Seen your rotating header picture. Nice. Shouldn't be a problem for me to impement that feature for my blog, too. Only need some time to toy around with php.. By integrating my image gallery I already got a little more variety of images onto the page. I think I will implement the rotating feature only after I've left Malaysia - until then I'll try to have a new header picture every 2 weeks. Since I take quite a lot of Photos this shouldn't be too hard.
